Their phone Line didn't work so I couldn't go and ask questions or cancel my booking before before I had that to lose all my money.Their pool was out of order.Their rooms were dirty

Horrible. Initial room was dirty with big stain on bed, food on floor, no cups, tissues. Staff was rude but changed room. New room fine until went to take shower, but no towels. Had to get dressed again to go to lobby. Hallway probably gets vacuumed 1x/month.. it was absolutely disgusting. ALL garbage cans were overflowing.. inside & out. Breakfast area very dirty and Empty at 835. Not even plates or utensils. Milk caraffe: empty, waffle batter: pulled out on counter & empty , bagels: out. Worst stay Ive ever had at a hotel!

While we didn't experience any direct problems, and our room was clean, the common areas were quite filthy, with lots of trash overflowing from some of the outside trash cans, plus people had set out bags of trash outside their rooms that weren't picked up when we checked in around 4pm. No knives in the breakfast area, and a family that arrived after us had to ask for more plates. In addition, the pool was closed on a 103-degree summer day.
