No daily garbage removal. No daily clean towels. No coffee restocking. Mattress was broken down. Noisey all night long. We thought that for the dollar amount, service would be better than what we experienced.

Bummed that our fridge had leaked all over the floor on the day of check-in. But we cleaned it up and all was well. Wifi was hit or miss for working and the hallways smelled too strongly of air fresheners.

Staff at the hotel was nice. The hotel itself is in rough shape and has an unwelcoming smell that gets worse once the door to your room closes. It is more than just the smell of stale cigarettes. I knew I booked a budget hotel - I was not expecting a mattress that was sinking and bedding, that although appeared clean, was well past its lifespan. Our first night we went to a nearby Target to buy Lysol spray and a room deodorizer to make it a little tolerable. We had the room booked for two nights and ended up checking out early and staying only one night - eating the cost of our prebooked room.
