Lacey hotel
Leaking ceiling in bathroom. Checked us in wrong. Kicked us out of room. Bagged our things unsafely ( valuable equipment). Refused another room, then charged too much.

My travelling partner is gluten intollerant. I was expecting a breakfast similar to the other quality inn locations, which includes eggs and breakfast meat. The management advised me that they are not required to have eggs and breakfast meat so they don't have any. Cereal is not suitable for a gluten intollerant person

Best hotel to start your vacation!
I have always stayed at another hotel. They may be closer to SEA-TAC, but the trade off was worth it. We were able to park our car there. Easy & convenient.
