Hotel cleanliness was a concern. From the sticky stuff that covered the elevator to the bathroom tub with random hair, I felt genuinely unclean at the property.

While I understand Seattle is an expensive and dirty town, which you have no control over. The cost was a bit high. I can fly and stay a week in Vegas for less than it costs me for 2 nights at your hotel. While the hotel, grounds, and room were immaculate, the staff was amazing, the area around it was kind of scary.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was less than desirable. I felt unsafe the entire time. We actually left a day early because of the safety concerns we had. Although the room appeared clean, it was pretty dirty. The only night we stayed there was a big bum fight outside of our window and at some point we thought we heard gunshots. When we pulled up, there was a sex worker hanging outside and a visibly inebriated individual was riding around in the parking garage on a bike, looking like they were casing a joint. The gate that was suppose to close at 11 pm, did not close. Again, staff was very nice but I will never stay there again nor will I recommend for anyone to stay there.
