Quality of finishes in room - poor. Carpet in room - poor condition. Floor created with every step so I tip-toed as to not disturb tenants in the room below me. Finally, the room had a funky smell that wouldn't go away even with the window open. Smelled like the carpet may have been cleaned but not thoroughly dried (properly) leaving the funky smell. On the positives, if you just need a place to crash, the cost is reasonable and the pillows on the bed were comfortable. Wi-fi was free and TV had many choices of what to watch.

It was a quick overnight stay (we were attending a nearby wedding)--but the beds were comfy, the personnel helpful, shower was nice and hot. The only thing to complain about was the lack of an elevator (we are both 82 years old). But an employee came to our rescue and helped us up the stairs with our overnight bags. Definitely would stay there again.

Really nice and friendly staff but a bit of a mix-up in our reservation. Rooms are nice but bathroom needs upgrades.
