The facility was clean and decorated nicely but the building itself wasn’t new by any means.

No housekeeping whatsoever. Had to ask for clean towels and washcloths. They didn't take the dirty ones. No exhaust fan in shower. No bath mat. Torn curtains. Loud party next door that included a barking dog.

Charged up front without warning and was told i could not check out early and get my money back for the nights i didnt stay, ac wasn't working, room was dirty. People yelling at all hours and fighting. Housekeeping always arguing about rooms not being cleaned and never came to service my room. I had to go out to ask for items. Bathtub constantly backing up and toilets would not flush properly. Doors did not lock well.
