Good servise

First time in a sleep Inn office and kitchen helper were very productive to my needs.

The bathroom had black mold on ceiling and walls at the shower and above sink. The exhaust fan did not work. I was never offered another room when I reported it. Then when we checked out 2 days early which I confirmed in advance in case the room was not need past 2 days, I was charged 2 early check out fees. When I addressed the issue with the front desk, they said thats policy. There is nothing posted for guest to see nor is it on the website. Also, the rooms were booked for the ammenity of a pool which was out of order and was told it has been for months. This is not mentioned on the web page. The second room room also had mold, the AC did not work room remained 78 degrees and the exhaust fan in that room did not work either. I was told that there were a lot of exhaust fans/lights not working throughout the hotel. The only positive thing was the closeness to the hospital, I booked the rooms for my familiy because I had to have surgery. If I have to do stay in WInchester again, I will stay at another chain. I was never greeted as a loyal member nor offered anything as a preferred customer. This is second time in the last 2 months that I have had issues and both time they were with the Sleep Inn chain
