dark and dirty room. don’t stay here

No fitness center available, no continental breakfast, after trying 4 different rooms none of the TVs worked correctly 3of the 4 had issues with the volume. Lights didn't work in 1 room, phone cord in 304 was ripped out of the wall.Cleanliness was. None existent, bathroom shower in 329 hadn't been cleaned, hallways on the 3rd floor hadn't been vacumed in some time, food and dirt etc on the floor for several days. Manager assured me he would check and made sure our room, 329, was up to par; he must have forgotten because it was not.
We stayed at the property only because of the shortage of available rooms I. The area.
