It was very dirty. Probably not enough staff but everyone was nice and should get a raise if they don’t make a living wage. Maybe they’d take pride in their job if they made enough money to support themselves.

My family of four stayed in 225, a suite of two rooms and two baths for three nights. The housekeeping was abominable- so much so that I didn’t leave a tip. The hallway leading to our room was dirty. In our room, there were 4 towels, no washcloths or hand towels. A used soap was still on the sink in my bathroom when we checked in. No one at the desk informed us that there would be NO housekeeping whatsoever the first day of our stay. We had to ask for more bathroom linens from the desk. The second day of our stay, we were “scheduled” for housekeeping, but I saw no evidence of it: beds were unmade and the room looked no different from the time we left it. Maintenance was not much better. One of the light bulbs next to the two queen beds was out; the room smelled damp; the fire alarm’s battery needed changing & as a result “chirped/squeaked” all night; and there was obvious water damage in the bathrooms. The bright spot was the breakfast (it’s responsible for at least two points higher on the rating scale): it included eggs, sausage, breads and pastries. One note: the coffee was more like flavored water than actual brewed coffee. Once housekeeping and maintenance get their acts together, this will be a nice place to stay

Bed bugs was in bed. Not enough wash clothes & towels was in bathroom. One night I asked for some towels & wash clothes & I was told they didn’t have any washcloths.No pool towels was at the pool. Beds was uncomfortable. Need to do some renovations
