Elevator one was not working I need to wait for other one more then 45 minutes and the door for balcony was so dirty really was bad experience and never I will come back

The hotel is feeling old and bit tired looking. No umbrellas available at the pool for shade. Ladders on pool are not anchored to the pool deck very well. Handicap pool lift was not in safe working condition, no working seat belt & no remote for controls. Trash outside hotel under balconies. No follow up from staff.

The hotel was not maintained very well. The cost of the room does not equate to the value you are paying for. One of the elevators was broken. The ceiling leaked in the bedroom of our room. The shower leaked all over the floor, flooding the bathroom. Several spots were brown and had peeling paint. We had to transfer to another room, the refrigerator only got cool and not cold. The new room shower leaked, and we had to use towels to soak up the water. We called for more towels in the morning and had to call back in the evening again for towels to be sent to our room. Lack of communication between front desk and laundry staff. There didn’t seem to be a high standard of cleanliness with the housekeepers. (Dust on vents, uncleaned surfaces in bathroom) The tv quit working so it had to be replaced and it didn’t have a remote so we had to use the bedroom tv remote. The closet doors in both rooms were broken. Couches were uncomfortable. the lamp in the main living space was broken, and leaning. All of the sockets were wore out and would not hold any charging blocks or electrical prongs. The doors to the balcony were rusted. The complementary breakfast was always 20+ minute wait for food to be made. It did not accommodate to the number of guests staying at the hotel. Tables were dirty The pool area lacked. the parking garage spaces were too close together which resulted in doors being dinged and car being damaged. The only positive thing about our stay was the location of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay in it in the future.
