The staff was amazing at the front desk. The issues were: hole where the bath stopper used to be (it should have been covered Room 413), four person bedroom with only 3 towels and wash cloths, towels taken and not replaced by housekeeping then took hours for replacements when housekeeping was down the hallway, toilet paper not replaced, not enough towels at pool, and lastly the water temperature for the refillable water fountain was warm.

We were put in a room that appeared to not have been cleaned and ready for guests. The garbage cans had garbage in them and the freezer part of the refrigerator was completely frozen over,.However after a 14 hour drive me and my husband just wanted to sleep and get ready for our cruise the next day as it was 10 and we were tired so I went in to take a shower and there was no Shower curtain so I called the front desk and was told to come down and get curtain so my husband runs down gets a curtain and puts it up in the bathroom. I then go to jump in the shower but the shower does not work. The water was barely trickling out and the shower would not come on. I then called the front desk who said she would call maintenance and call me back approx 20 minutes go by and no call back so I callback because now I’m getting really tired and annoyed. I was then told maintenance was not on premises he was at another hotel fixing something there so now they are going to move us to another room so my husband has to go back downstairs get another key I have to pack everything back up and get dressed. So we finally got all situated and got to bed around midnight. The first room they gave us I believe was not supposed to be used the furniture was all breaking up the bathroom had no supplies except half roll of tissue and two towels. This is second time I’ve used a choice hotel and had nothing but issues.

Clean room. A little worn. No vending machine on my floor. Only one elevator. Fair value
