Overpriced
The check in process was ridiculous. Making everyone wait till 4pm to check in when you only have two elevators creates a huge bottleneck. It’s a thoughtless process, convenient only for staff, not for people paying to stay at the hotel. Additionally, we had a room with an unusable balcony due to the huge AC units on the room right in front of our room. it was so loud.
