The hotel room smelled musty, the beds were hard and the carpet was stained. The only good thing was the front desk clerk was friendly. The hotel needs a major overhaul.

Staff Makes Difference

The staff was incredible. Each person I walked by, even the laundry people, greeted me cheerfully. All the people at the desk went out of their way to be helpful. I just feel like every person there would go above and beyond to help me if I gave them the slightest excuse. I've stayed in many, many hotels over the years, and never seen the like.
