Our stay

Room was dirty. Hair and some sort of black fibers on the bathroom floor. Shower door was covered in film. We didn’t even use it. Microwave was dirty and the room door did not latch properly. The clerk at the front desk was very nice. I requested a room switch and was given one. The new room was much better but the film on the shower door was still present.
