Everything was great

I want to recommend this hotel, but it needs some improvements. A common issue amongst most hotels, lately, is the quality of repairs. Our shower door had been replaced but the new door was not well fitted. It swung freely to and fro, and did not have a barrier at the bottom so the water easily splashed onto the floor. While the shower issue wasn't great finding a roach in our room was the larger issue. The desk clerk who checked us in was patient. While checking out, he remarked that he hadn't seen me for breakfast during our stay (my husband brought it upstairs for me). The clerk's noticing my absence demonstrated that he paid attention to his guests. Kudos for that attentiveness.
