Staff was but corporate policy’s not so much
Had to pay for an extra day because the event I was attending ran past 11 am so I only needed 6 hours but had to pay for an entire 24 hr day…I know 11 am is standard in the industry but I’ll strongly consider an air b and b next time because things are hard enough without having to waste money on something that I didn’t even use
