Very clean and friendly staff

No hot water, common areas were dirty

The fourth floor where our original room was booked smelled like fish. They gave us a handicap room on the first floor. The room had wet carpet next to the AC unit, that continued to be wet after they dried it. It smelled very musty due to the wet carpet. The floor, paint and bathroom were falling off and generally looked terrible. There was a big water stain on the ceiling above the window. We didn’t take our shoes off. The cost versus what we were staying in was terrible. Will not stay again next year or recommend to anyone
