All reservations will be charged a one night stay once the cancellation policy is void. In order to cancel for free of charge you must cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival date. Any declined credit cards will result in a cancelled reservation. A $100.00 deposit is required from all of our guests. Deposits are refundable as long as you meet the requirements of no damages to the facility. All guest must be at least 21 years old to rent a room with a valid ID and current credit card to check-in. If you are paying for another guest, a signed and completed credit card authorization is required. Our hotel is not pet friendly. Our hotel does not have elevators, only stairs within our two-story building.

There were cockroaches in our room, stained towels, drips on the walls. We looked at the last available clean room and it was the same. They cleaned another room and we stayed in that the remainder of our stay, only because there were no other hotels nearby with vacancies. We did not see any roaches in this 3rd room, but it was still not very clean and the shower did not drain properly. Our door latched but the interior lock did not work and there was a huge gap at the bottom of the door.

Disappointed

The hotel needed many improvements. Towels were thin, small and not absorbent. There were no Kleenex in the bathroom. No coffee for the in-room coffee maker. The refrigerator was caked with ice. The shower faucet was plumbed in reverse. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. The pool (outside) was not working nor had been cleaned (disgusting). The breakfast consisted of cereal (kid's brands), waffles, pastries, juice, coffee and tea; not the typical Choice Hotel breakfast. If improvements were made, this could be a comfortable hotel to stay at.

Clean enough

Hotel wasn't very clean. Floor in room has shoe prints, like it wasn't washed before we got there. There was also food in the fridge from last guest. And dirt/crumbs on bed. Room was clean enough but not the best. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
