It was one of the most awful experiences. After a long drive on the road, we looked forward ti a nice, restful break in the hotel. But we should have know a red flag as we pulled into the parking lot, no cars! OK, giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe everyone was out for dinner. Walking in we were greeted with a stale smell, another red flag. But gave another benefit of a doubt. After checking in, I noticed their conference room was filled with all kinds of wires and boxes, upgrading? Not sure, anyway going to our 3 floor room, walking in, the AC (being very warm outside) was not on, causing another stale atmosphere in the room. We couldn't miss the many gross stains on the couch. No thank you to sitting on it or even allowing my son to even sleep on it! After collapsing on one of the beds and thinking of the sight of the couch, made me think, what was I laying on. Sure the"old" bed cover was bleached white, but what was underneath? Pulling back the bed coverings revealed a very old worn out yellow, stained very badly, mattress. When checking the other bed in the room, the same was revealed with much bigger stains. I didn't even allow time to check for bed bugs! I'm so thankful we did not unpack but instead ran out of the room, handed our keys back to the front counter and left to continue our long journey without a relaxing rest! I know there is a 24 hrs cancelation policy but still feel that was a wasted 10 min of our $122 dollars! This hotel needs a total remake and should NOT be recommended to anyone until then!

I would have said ten for the girl at the desk whom gave me food recommendations however the keycards this hotel uses are faulty and I had to replace them twice during my stay. I understand things happen but this was a inconvenience as the key is not guaranteed to work.
