My room was changed twice due to many things not working. I got hurt with a metal piece sticking out of the bed frame and front desk staff could not find first aid items. I was told that I will be given an incident report and that never happened so I left my email and still waiting to receive it horrible experience

It wasn’t clean there beds need updated mattress is terrible feel like you sleeping springs the sink was leaking toilet seat was broken shower curtain rod was broken bucket of water leaking in the hallway I never been so disappointed with that hotel I’m sorry I will never stay there again very disappointed
