1 notch above Econolodge Front desk staff morning Horrible. Breakfast sucked. Waffle maker, no waffle mix, no syrup. Cereal, NO bowls. Ask front desk about te Breakfast " I don't know nothing about it, I didn't set it up. Asked for a printed receipt, printer out of paper was to lazy to fill it, can I email it to you. Now that I think about it, it one notch below Econolodge. They bowls, and paper in the printer

Late checkout seems to be a myth

Once again my wife who just got off the night shift and was trying to get some sleep before her 2 1/2 hour drive home, and had requested and was granted a late checkout, was woken up shortly after 11am by housekeeping banging on her door. This happened before and I complained and received an apology from the manager, who assured me it wouldn't happen again. Yesterday she was awakened by some rogue alarm going off mid day and didn't get any sleep.
