We had a nice Room was comfortable as were beds Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast

The first floor where my room was located had a musty smell as well as the room. It seemed like the AC filters were never cleaned or replaced. The bed was comfortable. My stay was 3 nights and I did not receive any housekeeping visits the entire time. I would have thought I would get towel service at a minimum. The ice and vending machines were located on the second floor and I did notice that the elevator was out of order. Apparently, the franchisee did not think that the elevator repair was a high priority. The cost of the stay was reasonable compared to other chains.

The elevator was broken, the floor 3 vending machine didnt work, the entire place smelled terrible, the room was not clean and the bedspread was not clean either, the bathroom was missing some key things that I had to walk down 3 floors to retrieve, and I tried to call the office to bring the stuff to me but the phone was broken. If you really just need a room and you don't care about cleanliness, this place is for you! The bed was dirty and you could have just showered after waking up to feel clean, but the shower isnt clean either. We found candy on the floor and sticky spots on the hard furniture, spilled stuff in the fridge, nothing but stains on the ironing board, and discolored residue on the toilet.
