Hotel definitely needs some improvements

The shower was terrible no pressure at all. Was there 2 mins before checkin and made us wait. The fitness room the weight machine was broke the hall where the elevators were, were freezing. The parking spots are super tight then the lady at the counter never gave us are parking pass. There was hair in the bathtub. Our fridge was not cold at all.
