No elevator/lift in the premises to carry your luggage upstairs to your room. No offer of any help by staff, stairs are carpeted and unstable making it a hazzard at any given point. Overall cleanliness of the place was questionable and the walls are thin and not soundproofed so I could hear the noise from the next room up to the early hours which impacted on my sleep.

The room was clean and modern. The doona was extremely thin, not warm at all. There was a thick blanket in the cupboard which I used. When I was looking for a place to stay, Comfort Hotel advertised a bar, dining facilities, a vending machine for drinks. The restaurant was closed. There was no breakfast available, no vending machine. When I enquired about the restaurant I was told it was temporarily closed. I was given two flyers - one from a restaurant and one for a pizza place.

Not provided expected services including You tube, can not connect TV to Wi-Fi and No Microwave available at room .
