Clean rooms, friendly staff

Although the desk staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the room, especially the bathroom was dirty with long black hair on the floor and bugs. The bath towels were very worn. The room and bathroom need a complete update. There wasn't any vanity space at all in the bathroom. The bed was reasonably comfortable, but the air conditioner would come on incredibly loud (like a plane taking off). We were on the first floor and both nights were subjected to loud stomping on the floor above us until 2 or 3 am. Trucks in the parking lot played music and shone headlights into our room window until 2 or 3 am also. Apparently, construction workers stay at this hotel. The breakfast offerings were limited with only waffles as a hot selection. While the hotel location was convenient to the places we needed to go, we will never stay at this Quality Inn again.
