Quick easy checkin, friendly staff room clean and comfortable

Ice machine was broken or out of order on every floor. Not ok for the hot summer.

The door locks were not in good working order, light would turn on, but it wouldn't release the latch. Had to get very helpful front desk person to come help and she was nice but said, yeah the door locks are old and need help. The pool door also didn't work right and we had to walk around the building to the other side (but we were put close to other door on purpose to help - ended up not being helpful) the pool area floors were VERY SLIPPERY. My elderly mother and I used extra pool towels on ground to try to navigate it without injury. The hot tub itself was older cement and very rough on legs and suits and caused the water to be dirty - although it was highly chlorinated enough to burn your eyes. We would not return to this hotel personally.
