Great hotel! Wonderful staff. They are dedicated,kind, and thoughful. They helped me a lot while I was there. I especially enjoyed Vinny and Terrilyn. They are both outstanding employees. Vinny was so knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and the area. Terrilyn helped me find the key to my rental car. I was trapped and panicking. She calmed me down and saved me from this predicament with her kind encouragement, great listening, and active involvement. I lost the key in the swimming pool when it floated out of my pocket. I searched for it but could not find it. I went to the front desk and told her my predicament. She was so kind and encouraging! We had to wait, but someone eventually turned in the key which they had found in the pool. She called me immediately after she receive it. I've very seldom been as relieved by a call! These two employees especially deserve commendation.

This was a great place to stay. It easily accommodated six. Close to parks, shopping, and entertainment.
