The Wi-Fi never worked I asked for help and couldn't do anything. The pool was out of service and the water was very dirty. It was unfortunate not to be able to use it. The air conditioning was very noisy.

Staff and everyone is just so sweet! Feels like I am family when traveling there sometimes for work!!

We had a family emergency come up and headed towards Midland Texas. We showed up around 12:30 am as we were too tired to drive any longer. The lady working that night (her name started with L and I apologize that i can't remember it), but she was so nice and got us into a room. The rooms and hotel were so clean. The next morning at breakfast, the hostess was wonderful as well! The breakfast was great, everything was cleaned. She and her husband (he worked the front desk that morning) were just so lovely to talk to and just so helpful. We have stayed at a lot of Comfort Inns, but this one by far exceeded our expectations!!!!
