First room assigned had door that was previously vandalized & door 🚪with both back secure locks broken, 216. Was switched room 316 on anther floor away from my family, the door 🚪 was also with some signs of damage but able to manage the lock, room had a foul order, had to spray with my Lysol. No body wash in bathroom, only hair shampoo. Infact, when we left I had to tell the man at the reception desk that I was disappointed because Comfort Suite was where we wanted to stay but they were out of rooms & recommended Sleep in & Suites as sister hotel. But they are completely different altogether.

I had a great experience here! The bed are so soft and comfortable! I was so grateful to Ken who called me to let me know that I had forgotten some clothes in the closet and wanted to let me know before I left town. Thank you again Ken!
