Hotel is a dump. Nothing like pictured.
Furniture old (appears to be from the 70’s) very used. Chipped and scratched. Sofa does look like it’s from the 60’s/70’s not comfortable very worn out. No shuttle service even though the website states they do. The lighting isn’t great. The sconces are gold in color so it tends to make it darker in the room. The bathroom sink drains s.l.o.w.l.y and when it did drain ants would start to come up out of the drain. Bathroom lighting terrible.
2 elevators here, but only 1 works so bring your patience

Disappointing experience!
Filthy dirty. Unsafe part of town. Many other hotels had better location to river walk and Alamo. A little bit of over estimating the closeness of location in ad.

Front desk was friendly. Room was super old- wallpaper cracking at the seams, the lamp shade was even pulling apart.
