Cleanliness and friendliness are key
First room smelled like cigarette and a pillow had brown stuff all over it. The receptionist was very apologetic and immediately switched rooms for us.
The 2nd room was dirty. The toilet was not cleaned, there was public hair on the seat. The elevator had coffee spilled in it when we arrived. When we checked out, it hadn't been cleaned.
We stayed here two years ago without issue, it was very clean. Not sure what has happened between then and now but we won't be staying again.
