When we arrived there was a woman stuck in the elevator and fire department was on their way.. hotel was very humid. AC in first room had mold in it and could not keep cool. After being in the room for a few hours, it never cooled down. Called and requested to be moved, staff came to take a look and agreed that AC wasn’t working & moved is rooms. Overall cleanliness was poor— hair on floor, in bathroom. Blood stain on curtains, mini fridge leaking something brown. Only the single lock on the handle of room door, no deadbolt. Scored 3 because staff was accommodating and kind. The whole time we were there, there was one single employee doing everything, seemed stretched way too thin & stressed.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was clean but needed some new umbrellas. Breakfast was ok. Better than just a continental breakfast. For the price is was better than expected.

My wife daughter and grandkids stayed at the hotel. I was not with them. My wife says the hotel was very clean the staff was friendly and helpful. They felt safe and it was quiet.
