1st room we were assigned water was leaking from bathroom vent. We were given another room and the bathroom door would not close, floor tile was in disrepair and a perfect place to harbor germs. Our room keys had to be reset after 11am every day. The hot breakfast consisted of eggs the seemed to have been grinded with a food processor, the biscuits were cold, there was no sausage or bacon on any day of my stay as I am accustomed to from other hotels. No one man’s the front desk, have to dial zero from phone and someone may get with you in 3-5 minutes. I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is next door to my daughter’s apartment. I’d rather pay an extra $15 and drive to her apartment for a hotel that has better facilities, customer service, breakfast options, cleanliness and the pool was full of leaves. Coffee was full of grounds when get to bottom of cup. The one and only good thing I can say about this hotel, the mattress was nice and comfortable.

Facility clean, service good, but breakfast was subpar.

This was a great place. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and a great pool. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
