You charged me different than my reservation. My reservation was for $211.44 I have a charge of 112.01, 12.71, and 104.44. That adds up to 229.16. Also I still have an additional pending charge of 224.72. Never in all the years of making reservations have I been charged more than my actual reservation. That’s unacceptable! It’s Tuesday July 22 which is plenty of time to get this right on my visa. I will be calling them tomorrow to see what charges to dispute.

Poor quality standards of housekeeping & equipment

Poor quality lighting, mini fridge not staying cold; appalling maid service: trash emptied by maid with no gloves on then she handles linens with dirty hands; toilet not sanitarily cleaned; does not speak English; does not completely clean room: bathroom counters, shower etc.!!! Towels not fluffy or soft; rough texture from improper cleaning!
