While the motel itself was okay, there are a few things that I hope for when staying: 1. There was no mattress cover that zips over the mattress. Those help easy my fear of bed bugs. 2. The shower didn’t work well because you couldn’t fully switch from faucet to shower head.3. The overall cleanliness of the shower curtain, walls and the curtains of the room. They need to be washed! Now for the good things: 1.Customer service was good! 2. The floors weren’t carpeted. I always feel better when there is flooring instead of carpet. 3. Breakfast was better than other quality inns I go to! I stay at hotels often with a work budget and overall I’m happy with my night. I prefer comfort suites but if I can’t stay with comfort, I would stay here again. Thank you!

Nasty needs to be cleaned and updated

I made reservation over the phone and paid with a credit card. My son arrived first and had to pay an additional $25 "security deposit". This was never mentioned and I want it refunded! No other hotel has done this
