It is an excellent hotel

Good service.

We’ve stayed at comfort inn and suites multiple times and enjoyed it. We actually enjoyed it so much I recently made account so we could booked directly through the website. Well this last stay was the worst! Me, my wife & 3 kids stay in your lubbock location. When we go to the room was 80 degrees inside not a big deal. My kids relaxed until we got ready. It wasn’t until my 2 year found an empty box of a marijuana vape pen under the bed. Luckily my wife happened to look on the other side of the bed to actually find a marijuana vape pen. We are very fortunate it didn’t get into the hands of my 2 year old. We called immediately to the front desk to let them know, but seems like they didn’t care much. We asked to speak to the manager but was told they would be in on Saturday and would call us. We heard nothing all day so we went back to ask for the manager and was told the same thing we would hear back on Sunday. We still haven’t heard a single work from now manager. I’m extremely disappointed on how this situation went about.
