It was a very clean room no complaints

We had a horrible experience! The motel did not look anything like the pictures online. When we checked into the room we walked into the room and it was horrible. The front door would not lock. The adjoining room was filthy. The tub was full of rust. So we went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and the front desk person accused us of using the room and refused to give us a refund within the 15 minutes that we checked in and went back to the front desk. We did not use any portion of the room because it was filthy! We requested a refund and we were accused of using the room. I asked him to check us out and he would not he said we had to pay for the room. Our experience was horrible! I am plan on calling corporate tomorrow and filing an official complaint. We were there for a birthday party and were very dissatisfied with the appearance of the property in general. Not living in the area and not knowing what it looked like we expected what we saw on the pictures. It was nowhere near it. The sinks near the party room did not work in the restrooms, there were signs on the sinks not to use the sink. There was roaches crawling on the floors in the lobby. I will be calling the health department tomorrow. We did not expect five star but we did not expect zero start either.

The bathroom had a hole in the wall. No cleaning crew for the weekend. The front windown was shattered. No TV and no wifi
