Upon entering the room, a strong odor resembling urine was immediately noticed, originating from the furniture. The room felt unhygienic and uncomfortable.
Additionally, cockroaches were found in the room. This is unacceptable for a hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and cleanliness.
The combination of these problems significantly impacted the ability to enjoy the stay and compromised the quality of the experience.

Good service
I stayed at the Quality Inn in Houston for a work trip and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and professional, and my room was clean, quiet, and comfortable perfect for resting after long days. The location was convenient with easy access to restaurants and highways. Breakfast was fresh and had good options. I would definitely stay here again.
