Extremely dirty and a lot of cocoroch smiling 👎

Absolutely Disgusting – Do NOT Stay Here This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I opened the door, I was hit with a foul funk that reeked of mold and mildew. It was immediately clear something was wrong — and then I stepped on the carpet. Soaking wet. The A/C unit (or swamp cooler?) had apparently been leaking, and the carpet around it was completely saturated, squishing underfoot. Disgusting. To make matters worse, the beds were completely unmade — as if the room had never been turned over after the last guests left. Sheets were crumpled, pillows tossed around, and absolutely nothing about it felt clean or cared for. This wasn’t a “we missed a detail” situation. This was full-on neglect. The smell lingered in everything — fabric, walls, air — and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s black mold growing in that room. We couldn’t even bring ourselves to stay the night and had to demand a refund (which was met with a shrug and a half-hearted apology). Save yourself the time, money, and health risk. This place should be inspected, shut down, and professionally decontamin

The door to my room would not close correctly. The electronic locking system was not functioning correctly. Good thing the deadbolt worked.
