Even though a non smoking hotel the elevators smelled like weed and the halls Towels were not available at the evening because housekeeping was gone. I had no idea I would have to request cleaning service when I booked the hotel. I will say the front desk staff at check in was very good.

It was my wedding weekend which I noted when I booked the room. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. I have bad allergies with cigarettes and had to take medicine. We told the front desk and the lady gave us some of her personal air spray to borrow one time. Other than that, no other attempts to clear the odor were made. Staff was nice but housekeeping made us go to the front desk to get new towels even though I was trading them dirty ones. The shower curtain rod was damaged. It was not angled straight so the curtain stayed open on the ends getting the floor all wet. Which is why we went through the towels quickly. We went to a concert at the ballpark in Arlington so it was a good location that was close enough for a decent uber price.

There were small roaches in the living and bathroom area.
