While the staff was helpful the over all physical conditions of the hotel were well below expectations. Ive used Choice hotels for many years and this particular hotel has to be one of the worst I've stayed in. The hotel is in terrible condition and not very clean. Everything smelled overwhelmingly strong of Fabuloso cleaner. Carpet was very dirty and stained in the halls and room. Furniture and fixtures were very worn and not well kept or cleaned. Definitely not worth what I spent to stay there. Understanding, that the area is a tourist destination and prices are usually higher in those areas, I still expected better from the hotel. Pictures available online are definitely not an accurate representation of what you actually get. Room door was very loose and didn't not lock well. The floor in our room did not look like it had been cleaned and the over all appearance was of a quickly gone over but, not throughly cleaned and prepared room. Trash and hair left behind by previous guest were present on the floors under the edge of the beds and in the bathroom. I understand that these are very busy hotels because of the area which is why I chose to continue my stay there. Definitely will not be staying here again.

We were excited to have a drink at the hotel but once we arrived and checked in we found out it was not going to be open
