Reviews
This hotel needs so much love!
The hotel is so run down. We spent $160 which was ridiculous for such a terrible place. It’s summer and the pool was half full and GREEN! C’mon.

Disappointing stay
The room was not clean when I arrived, and the air conditioning unit was not on when I arrived, and in this Texas heat in July it was stifling in the room. The phone in the room did not work and it was hard to flush the commode. There was a stain on the comforter on one of the beds and the bathtub was dirty. The pool was not operational and was a dark green color. The carpet in our room was tore up by the door.

Worst Hotel Stay of My Life
This Quality Inn was completely dilapitated. The outside was horrible with no signage, the roof failing, the grounds dirty, cement peeling up and down the hallways on both floors, the stairwells in terrible condition, no lighting, etc.
When we got to our assigned room (231), the door was wide open. The room was dirty and musty and appeared not to have been cleaned in weeks, if not months. There was a film of dust across everything. The bathroom, toilet, tub, and shower were filthy, with the tub actually having a camel hump right in the middle of the tub, making it highly likely that you would slip and fall towards the drain.
I have never, ever, stayed in a worse hotel/motel. Management did not seem to care in the least. For $123.55, I would rather have slept outside in a tent.
I am sorry to say that NONE of the above comes close to hyperbole either. We had driven too many miles, for too many hours, to seek an alternate solution. When we left the next morning, the "breakfast" that was made available was to put it mildly ... awful. Nothing either smelled right, nor looked right.
Multiple people (beyond us) came in, looked at the offerings, and said "Nope. Let's go out for breakfast".
In a nutshell, this was a complete and utter disaster. If I could rate it less then 1, it would get a negative 1,000,000. I know I am expressing extreme frustration here, but I hope someone takes this feedback to heart and does something about this hotel - most likely it should just be shuttered. I think it would take 7 figures plus of an investment to address all of the issues.
If someone wants to discuss this further, I would welcome a phone call. Quite frankly, I would love my money back, but I don't think either is going to happen.
