Rude personnel at the front desk. I think they only know “Can I help you?”, in English. The parking is minimal and there is always something that doesn’t work in every room. The reason I stay is because they’re the only hotel with smoking rooms anymore. The internet stinks! Dial up, for those who remember, is faster. They never allow me to swipe or insert my card to get charged and I never receive my “Choice Privileges” reward. I need to find another place to stay

The lady at the front desk was rude. Was asked about the breakfast in the morning. She said doesn't do the waffles anymore, just coffee, cereal and fruit. The key card didn't work and went back to the office. She gave us another room. Later that night the door key didn't work again. Front desk lady looked annoyed that I needed this issue resolved. In the morning we checked out, lobby was locked. We asked about the breakfast, she answered that she was doing breakfast this morning. Room was clean, but really don't need an attitude from staff. Not too many choices in Falfurrias texas, but won't stay there again.

Simple and so clean! Bed fantastic Pillows perfect. So great to have fridge and microwave. Great parking situation. Entire property tidy. Staff friendly and quick. Everything we needed and nothing we didn’t need for a great price
