On the good side the water was hot and the bed was comfortable. Room was dirty and doors were hard to open and shut. Main floor was clean but the smell was terrible. Not a good stay.

We called and asked for a suite with a pull out couch. We were told there was one. We reserved the room. When we arrived it was only a double queen. The bedding and towels were damp. The entire hotel smelled musty.

We were there for four days and never saw housekeeping once. Our towels were never picked up. We never had supplies refreshed. We stopped at the front desk for more towels. There was a water leak on the floor from the refrigerator that nobody cleaned up since day 2. We just put towels down and it was left like that. And there was no hot water the day we checked out. Reported our TV would not shut off at the remote and they told us to just unplug it or push a button manually on the TV. The elevator didn’t look like it was clean the whole time we were there. There was dirt on the floor since our first entrance and on the day we checked out, there was a pool of water in front of the numbers you push to go to the floors.
