The room was old and worn down, smelled kinda funky, and the train horn was SO LOUD and frequent.

The room was ok but nothing great to brag about. We weren’t looking for a fancy place mostly just a place to lay our heads for the night as we knew we’d be up early and back on the road. Needed light bulb replaced in vanity area, needed Kleenex’s, light for reading on right side of bed was broken, chair to sit in was worn and flys in the room. These are all minor things that can be fixed and made nice for the next person. This is a hotel for middle class people needing a place to get rest not for someone planning to stay many nights and for that it was a minor inconvenience. Nothing major that couldn’t be lived with for one night. The staff was extremely friendly and the offered a full breakfast which was a bonus.

We stayed at 3 different hotels and yours was the best one! The guy in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the room had everything we needed and was very clean. If I was ever traveling through the area, I would definitely pick that hotel over any others! The area is a little bit noisy but you don’t hear all the traffic racket inside the room. However, I would not eat at the Mexican restaurant next door.
