Tub were nasty, stained or needs replacement. Sheets had stains, room needs remodeling. Had a dinghy smell, will not stay again. Lastly front desk had attitude and said her manager was at vacation and she said this was her last week at hotel. I now question if I should have registered with Quality Hotels.

First of all, the hotel looked run down when we first pulled up, sketchy actually. Then, the room we booked, a king bed with a set of bunk beds, had recently been painted so she let us look at it and “smell” it to see if we could still smell paint, and it literally had paint on the floors and definitely still stunk, so we opted for a room with 2 queen sized beds. The entire hotel needs a renovation, the pool was GREEN!! (I have pictures) and the tub in our new room was DISGUSTINGLY! The whole place made us worry about cleanliness and having our items stolen or car broken into, it was that sketchy! I asked about canceling, and was told there was no cancellation allowed, I even asked if we stayed the first night if we could cancel the remaining days, and was told there would be no refund. It was bad!

This place is filthy. Our room was very dirty & had roaches. There were no towels in our room and none were available when we checked in at around 9pm. We had to keep going to the front desk to ask for towels and were finally given some after the 3rd request. We were not comfortable with staying at this property. We requested to cancel our reservation so that we could attempt to go to a different hotel. We were told that a refund was not possible. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told that they did not know when the manager would be on site. The ice machine was broken. There was dried BLOOD on our sheets. The phone in the room did not work and there was not a full breakfast as listed on the website. Only cereal and waffles. The juice machine was broken and no other beverages were offered. The Choice brand should be embarrassed to even be representing this disgusting place. We will never stay at another Choice property again.
