Front desk very rude seen angry with the previous guest whose English skills were poor. As we checked in the room the bathroom light switch was cover with ant 🐜 also crawling on the wall. Once I went downstairs to inform him of the situation he was annoyed and wouldn’t Provide a discount due to had to re pack our items. Once the second room the toilet seat kept wobbling, the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty water from the shower Kept draining very slowly. The worst service.

Quality Inn's quality has gone doen simce my last stay. Breakast items were minimal, room was clean and comfortable, but smelled strongly of cleaning solution such as bleach.
