Bathtub had a whole in it that was basically “fixed” with some kind of gross tape. The curtains for the window were broken, washing machine on 2nd floor was broken, ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working. As I was cleaning my room to leave for my visit, I FOUND A NEEDLE on the headboard but I discarded it and didn’t go to front desk because I was literally leaving and didn’t want to deal with it. This was my second time at this hotel and I assure you I will never be staying there again.

I did not like the smell of the rooms. I thought maybe someone had smoked in the room so we went downstairs and requested a different room, but upon entering that one quickly realized the smell was not a smoker. It might’ve been the cleaning products being used, but the smell was very off-putting to both myself and my children. We had a hard time falling asleep. You might reconsider whatever you’re using to clean the hotel. I also thought it was weird that we got a phone call in the morning at 10:15 asking us if we were still in the room when the check out wasn’t until 11.
