Hotel was clean but had an odd odor in the hallway. Also I had told the young lady I needed room with pullout which we did have that but there was no bedding for pullout so another trip downstairs to get bedding. They did not have any pillows. Cold shower and cold coffee definitely not how I wanted to start my day before having to make a 4 hour drive.

I am happy with the facility managers - Kelly and her team are amazing! To the Management of Quality Inn, I'd like to extend my sincerest gratitude for the truly unique experience at your Baytown location. The landscaping around the facility, thoughtfully decorated with dog poop and the personal belongings of the unhoused, truly gives the property a wonderfully rustic and community-focused feel. It's a refreshing change from the usual sterile environments of other motels. I was also particularly impressed with the forward-thinking policy of keeping the back doors propped open all night. It's an ingenious way to ensure that all members of the local community have easy access, truly making everyone feel at home. Indeed, with all these thoughtful touches, it feels less like a motel and more like a large, bustling, and wonderfully open family. Thank you for this unforgettable, communal stay.
