Bed was very stiff (not firm) and nearly unbearably uncomfortable. And the pillows was unusually small - almost the size of throw pillows! Light was malfunctioning in the bathroom. I only stayed in the room for 5 hours because I had an early flight, but it was not comfortable, which is disappointing before I like Comfort Suites.

This place has gone down hill over the years. The pillows on the bed are the size of throw pillows. The rooms aren't well kept anymore. Not clean like you would expect. Staff didn't seem to enthusiastic to be you can tell they are running the place on the cheap.

The hotel didn’t supply room service. The maid didn’t clean our room or leave clean towels or soap. There was only one bar of soap for washing hands and no soap for shower.
